Steps
Marinate the chicken breast and shrimp in soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and paprika for 30 minutes.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken and shrimp until cooked through.
Remove the chicken and shrimp from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the bell peppers until slightly tender.
Add the pineapple chunks to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add it back to the pan along with the cooked shrimp.
Stir everything together to combine flavors.
Serve the fusion mixture over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
