Saturday Night Fusion

Ingredients


  • chicken breast

  • shrimp

  • bell peppers

  • pineapple chunks

  • soy sauce

  • honey

  • garlic powder

    1 teaspoon

  • ginger powder

  • paprika

  • cooked rice

  • green onions

Steps


  • Marinate the chicken breast and shrimp in soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger powder, and paprika for 30 minutes.

  • Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken and shrimp until cooked through.

  • Remove the chicken and shrimp from the pan and set aside.

  • In the same pan, sauté the bell peppers until slightly tender.

  • Add the pineapple chunks to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  • Slice the cooked chicken into strips and add it back to the pan along with the cooked shrimp.

  • Stir everything together to combine flavors.

  • Serve the fusion mixture over cooked rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
